Development of Disassembly and Assembly Experiment Teaching Integrated Platform for Engines.

Taking motorcycle engine assembly as the object and carrier, the Internet plus and virtual reality as the technical route, on basis of theoretical and experimental course content, the engine network virtual simulation experimental teaching platform, the virtual reality experimental teaching platform and the field experimental teaching platform are developed, and the experimental teaching system integrated with network, virtual reality and field experiment is built. The virtual-actual combination experimental teaching mode provides students with the environment that can realize network virtual preview, three-dimensional environment operation and field learning, which has effectively solved the problems in traditional experiment such as difficulty in explaining the engine complex institutions, the limited disassembly and assembly site, and the lack of subjects, etc. The research is original and abundant sharing, can improve the practical teaching quality and enhance the students' engineering practice ability.
