Abstract
- Universities themselves are in an institutional transition. The increasing variety and diversity of student transitional situations is only one of the challenges that characterize this transition. Based on these preconditions, the article examines the questions of the potential that transitions bring for the personality development of students, how universities use these in their role as personality formers, and how individual counseling formats can support the competence and personality development of students.
