Abstract

This article focuses on the condition of periodical postal rates in the U.S. The cost of delivery is more than the cost of printing or the cost of writing. For a magazine, postage costs are like extra pounds around the waist and hips. This scenario can even endanger the life of a publication. With this reality, it is no surprise that magazine publishers are looking for ways to reduce the load, even if it means adopting a strategy as drastic as giving up a substance they have grown to love. To alleviate this situation, the author decided to suggest budget reduction aids for magazine publishers. And one such aid is electronic delivery of content.
