Propranolol: Various toxicities: 26 case reports.

Abstract
- In a retrospective review of 1260 paediatric patients treated for infantile haemangiomas between August 2013 and January 2016, 26 infants [19 girls and 7 boys; I exact ages not clearly stated i ] were identified, who developed sleep disturbance (17 patients), agitation (3 patients), hypoglycaemia (2 patients), bronchial hyperreactivity (2 patients) or bronchospasm (2 patients) during treatment with propranolol. However, after 4-240 days of propranolol initiation, the patients developed side effects, including sleep disturbance (17 patients), agitation (3 patients), grade 3 hypoglycaemia (2 patients), grade 4 bronchial hyperreactivity (2 patients) or bronchospasm (2 patients).
