Abstract
- This article is a product of the subproject entitled "Interdisciplinary Conceptions and Practices in Youth and Adult Education -- YEA", linked to the umbrella project "Interdisciplinary perspectives in education". The approach is qualitative, anchored to a theoretical-documentary apparatus linked to the field searched. For the reading and interpretation of the selected laws and texts, phenomenological hermeneutics was chosen. This paper aims to present a theoretical-methodological reflection based on some legal documents about the YEA in Brazil, as well as on the pedagogical-curricular proposals and the contents that structure it, embedded in the teaching-learning process, based on a proposal which is pedagogical, liberating, humanizing and emancipatory. Through this work, we hope to strengthen the creation of humanizing practices, through cultural circles, centered on the equality of free and autonomous participation with the aim of forming equally autonomous, critical, creative, conscious, and jointly willing subjects to transform themselves, the relations they establish between themselves and the environment in which they live, and the structures of social life, breaking the ongoing dehumanization and demanding a position in the face of exclusion and oppression experienced every day.
