Reports on New York City's completion of a deal to help purchase land in Westchester County in order to protect the watershed that provides part of the city's drinking supply. New York City Department of Environmental Protection's classification of the watershed land as having the highest priority for preservation; Additional financing that may come form the sale of at least three existing structures on the land.
