Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of human resources practices on organizational commitment. In this regard, the data sets which were taken with the survey method from four and five stars hotel staff within Gaziantep province have been analyzed through the structural equation modeling system. As a result of the analyze, it has been derived that the human resources practices affect the emotional commitment, continuity commitment and normative commitment as subdimension of organizational commitment as meaningful in a positive manner.
