Abstract
- [Objective] he aim of this paper was to explore the function of A. davidianus antimicrobial peptide family genes during the infection process of C. freiindii.[Method] qRT-PCR method was employed to analyze the expression response of antibacterial peptide family genes at different time after infection and the expression changes of different tissues and organs.[Result] After 12,24, 36, 48 hours infection, the antibacterial peptide family genes AdCath 1, AdCaih 5 and AdCath 8 were induced in skin, liver and spleen, and the expression levels were higher than that of the control 1 X PBS, especially the difference was significant between 0 and 36 hours. The expression of the three genes in skin and liver was higher than that in spleen. Especially at 36 hours, the expression of AdCath 1 in skin tissue was 92. 35 times that of 1 X PBS; At 48 hours, the expression of AdCath 1 in liver tissue was 52.99 times that of 1 X PBS.[Conclusion] Antimicrobial peptide genes played an important role in the interaction of 4. davidianus diseases.
