Abstract

With the development of industrial and agricultural production and the improvement of people's living standards, the emission of organic pollutants has increased dramatically, which has become the main source of environmental pollution and attracted attention from all walks of life. China's rural environmental pollution control adopts the government's unitary governance model. Due to the wide range of rural environmental pollution points, the government's one-dimensional governance model has little effect. Western governance theory has achieved remarkable results in governance practice, and China's Constitution has also endowed rural grass-roots organizations with autonomy. Therefore, the government can take village committees as the main body of comprehensive control of rural environmental pollution, and absorb villagers, village economies, enterprises and social groups to participate in the governance, forming a multi-governance model, and on this basis, build a rural environmental pollution control system. With the rapid development of China's economy, the rural economy has been greatly improved, and the living standards of farmers have been greatly improved. However, while economic growth ignores the protection of the environment, environmental pollution has become increasingly prominent. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
