Research on model construction and operation mechanism of modern apprenticeship under the guidance of multi-position in one concept.

It is particularly important to study the development of the modern apprenticeship in the environment of strengthening cultural construction and inheriting the spirit of the industry in the whole society. Under the multi-position in one concept, the model construction and operation mechanism of modern apprenticeship need to be relocated. By studying the generation, characteristics and problems existing in development of modern apprenticeship, the paper explores the operation of modern apprenticeship under the multiposition in one concept from four aspects: government, enterprises, schools and individuals. We should strengthen the combination of practice inside and outside school, strengthen communication between individuals and enterprises, and strengthen management between government and enterprises, schools, etc., and then use various methods to establish modern apprenticeship under the multi-position in one concept.
