Abstract

The cyst was multilocular in the right and unilocular in the left, both of the cysts were anechoic with smooth internal walls on B-mode imaging and no flow on colour Doppler imaging according to the International Ovarian Tumour Analysis definitions. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed showing multiple T2 hyperintense masses of varying sizes along the serosal surfaces of the uterus and adnexa. A year later, the cysts gradually enlarged, and there were multiple cysts in the pelvic-abdominal cavity. [Extracted from the article]
