Abstract
- The kinetics of ordering in fcc alloys during the epitaxial growth is investigated by the kinetic mean field method. There are various evolution behaviors during the growth of the system. The kinetic phase diagrams for the epitaxial alloy of an fcc multilayer are calculated. We have found that there is a kinetic induced oscillatory ordered phase in addition to the equilibrium ordered phase in the kinetic phase diagrams. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]
