Abstract
- Dehydration alloying of molten steel is an important part of steelmaking, making metal into an alloy with expected properties while saving ingredients has become a difficult problem for steel enterprises. Various alloys have various compounding schemes. The linear regression method establishes the alloy material cost optimization model, and solves the model through LINGO software to obtain the optimal batching scheme and ensure the lowest cost of alloy materials. This method realizes the cost optimization calculation of dehydration alloying of molten steel, and obtains the optimal alloy feeding scheme, which has certain guiding significance for improving the utilization ratio and automation level of industrial steelmaking.
