A Method for Estimating Land Cost of Power Plants Considering Environmental Costs.

Nowadays, environmental problems are getting more and more serious. People pay attention to exhaust emissions, and the environmental pollution caused by automobile exhausts ignores the environmental cost caused by occupied land. Therefore, this paper builds a benefit-cost model (BCM) based on environmental costs. Using this model, we can analyze the cost and benefits of land use development projects and assess the feasibility of the project. First, the comprehensive weighting method (AHP and EWM) is used to screen the measurement indicators of ecosystem services. Then use Grey Correlation Analysis (GCA) to find some construction behaviors that have a greater impact on selected indicators. Finally, we use different methods to calculate environmental costs for different types of pollution. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
