Women Farmworkers Fight to Secure Their Rights and End Sexual Harassment.

This allowed me and other women workers to talk to the owners of the ranch to inform them about the problem of sexual harassment, the importance of workers knowing their rights, and the responsibility the owner has for the worker. Sometimes when workers are told not to harass women in the workplace they will say "after work I can tell you whatever I want because I am not going to be working." Most companies allow pregnant women workers to continue working; they work until their due date.
