Abstract

Longitudinal minimal residual disease (MRD) evaluation in acute myeloid leukaemia with NPM1 mutation: from definition of molecular relapse to MRD-driven salvage approach Patients with Mol-relapse defined according to the aforementioned criteria progressed to overt Haem-relapse within 3 months from the third BM sample (range 0-5-3); no patient experienced haematological relapse before fulfilling Mol-relapse criteria.
