Prostate tuberculosis is considered a rare disease. The established perception is that it occurs mainly in immunosuppressed individuals, however, in recent years, diagnosis of prostate tuberculosis has been described in otherwise healthy patients. Given the low incidence and the consequent lack of familiarity with this disease, we present it's clinical and laboratory characteristics and review the relevant literature on the occasion of two consecutive incidents.
