- Highlights from the article: Simultaneous liver and kidney transplantation (SLKT) is the best therapeutic option for HLA sensitized patients with end stage liver disease and renal failure. Reduction of pDSA at post-liver/pre-kidney transplantations and its impact on renal allograft function during post-operative SLKT were reviewed.
