Abstract: The article reports on highly sensitive troponin as an effective cardiac biomarker. The troponins and natriuretic peptides that have significantly improved the specificity of cardiology diagnostics. Methodological advancements and new parameters now focus on rapid exclusion diagnostics and the early detection of severe outcomes.
