医学院校实验室开放--回炉式教育的实践和探索.

The laboratory is the base of knowledge innovation and talent cultivation, and the opening of human anatomy laboratory is the need of medical development, which provides clinical workers with the opportunity of relearning, and plays a positive role in improving the level of clinical medical diagnosis and treatment and the development of anatomy. This paper introduces the conditions of human anatomy laboratory in authors’ school, such as open field, specimen and instructor. But the laboratory management system is not sound, i. e., backward reservation opening laboratory, missing of laboratory open workload calculation, the lack of the open laboratory of special funds and other problems. Thus, the paper puts forward to build a new system of laboratory opening to the outside world, to set up open booking platform, workload and reward system of the laboratory, the laboratory funding sources, so as to establish a high efficient and comprehensive opening laboratory system.
