Abstract
- The article presents an interview with South African rap musician Sho Madjozi. Among the issues she discussed include how the Tsonga heritage of her birthplace has influenced her looks and lyrics, her style of music known as gqom which is considered as the pop of South Africa, and how being a poet has made her very technical about her lyrical flow.
