Abstract

[Objective] The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between the cultivation patterns and rhizosphere soil microbial populations. [Method] The rhizospheric soil physical and chemical properties of the apple orchard with different cultivation and management in the main apple producing areas of Zhaotong, Yunnan, were tested. High throughput sequencing technology was used to determine the 16SrDNA and ITS sequences of soil microbes, and the microbial diversity was analyzed. [Result] The study showed that the contents of organic matter, nitrate nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, suerase, cellulase and urease in the rhizosphere soil of the boutique orchard and the ordinary orchard were higher that of the extensive orchard, while the contents of alkaline phosphatase and catalase were opposite. The genetic relationship of the bacterial genus populations in the common orchard the boutique orchard was relatively elose, but that of in the extensive orchard was far. The populations of the fungal genus detected in the rhizosphere soil of the three types of orchards were related to the type of orchard, and the genetic relationship of the fine orchard fungi was far. [Conclusion] The study proves that there are clearly beneficial, harmful, neutral and unknown microorganism populations in the rhizosphere soil of three types of orchard, and the different cultivated ways impact microorganism population then impact apple growing.
