Abstract
- The article explores the future of nursing in the U.S. during the period from 2020 to 2030. It references the report "The Future of Nursing: Leading Change, Advancing Health" from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the Institute of Medicine which extends the vision for the nursing profession into 2030. The nursing profession has been expected to create a culture of health, reduce health disparities, and improve the health and well-being of the people.
