Violent Femmes: A Triptych.

The author shares her reflections about the March of Return, a series of protests launched by Palestinians which calls for the end of the Israeli-Egyptian blockade of the Gaza Strip. Topics discussed include violence in Gaza wherein Israeli troops shot and killed Palestinian protestors, the participation of Palestinian women in the protests and the Palestinian religious and political organization Hamas' claims that the protest is peaceful and nonviolent.
