O IMPACTO DAS LAWTECHS NO ACESSO E USO DA INFORMAÇÃO JURÍDICA.

The lawtechs had their emersion in the United States and the United Kingdom, with the objective of creating tools that would solve in the flow of legal information, because with the change of the traditional support, to the digital, tools were created to facilitate the access and use of this information , corroborating to the decision made by the jurists. The present work aims to analyze the benefits of lawtechs in accessing and using legal information. The research is being carried out from the connection between three areas of knowledge: Information Science, Law and Computing, in which it contains a range of contents that explain how the object of research study works. As a problem the research has the following question: how are the lawtechs are providing access and effective use of legal information? The methodological proposal adopted at the first moment of the investigation consisted of an exploratory and descriptive documentary research, the method of data collection will be done through structured interviews with lawyers who use the lawtechs in their law offices in the city of João Pessoa, data analysis will be performed through content analysis from Bardin's perspective. Therefore, these are the first information pertinent to this research, which after completion of the collection and interpretation data will contribute to dissemination of this technological innovation.
