Modelos de defensa jurídica del Estado: una aproximación comparada de los casos de Chile, España y Estados Unidos.

This reflection paper presents the characterization of the concentrated typology for the management of the legal defense of the State, following the example of the government institutions of Chile, Spain and the United States, as these are representative given their well-known results and their historical development. To this end, this paper studies the legal regime of such public organizations and their main management tools: their human resource and their information systems. Data was collected using the information available on the websites of the studied institutions, using the specialized doctrine on the subject as a frame of reference. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
