Sigorta Sektöründe Kasko Poliçe Seçimi için Bulanık Mantık Temelinde Üç Farklı Çözüm: AHP - ANP - VIKOR Yöntemleri ve Türkiye'den bir Uygulama.

The insurance sector, which ensures the protection of the individuals and institutions from the risks at all times in their lives and overcomes that risks with the least amount of financial damage, is now developing rapidly both in Turkey and worldwide. In particular, hundreds of new cars are sold every day in Turkey. The motor insurance policy market, which is an insurance type that meets the losses of the vehicle belonging to the insured person, is rapidly growing and the number of competitive companies and their interest to this market share are also increasing. In this study, a hierarchical model is proposed with 5 criteria and 22 sub criteria for the motor insurance policy selection problem, which is a branch of the Turkish insurance industry and with based on this model, 5 different insurance companies producing insurance policies were evaluated. On the basis of model-based evaluation, the insurance company that produces the most appropriate insurance policies was firstly determined by the analytical hierarchy process, then by the analytic network process, and finally by VIKOR method, and the results of these evaluations which are on the basis of fuzzy logic made with triangular numbers were compared.
