Getting a Handle on Duplicate Ebooks.

The academic library is increasingly moving to majority online collections. As the number of ebooks increase due to the current ebook purchasing model most libraries use, libraries are more likely to be duplicating titles across packages and platforms. Many libraries do not realize how many duplicate titles there are between packages or how duplicate records affect the user experience.
