Abstract
- The article discusses the concerns of H2O, a fund manager based in London, England, over the liquidity mismatch created by intermediaries in Europe. According to H2O, government and big-company bonds are far less liquid. Investors were worried about the illiquid bonds in question even though they were issued by companies connected to German financier Lars Windhorst.
