Guest Editorial Special Issue on Electromagnetic Launchers-2018.

The editors of this special issue of the IEEE Transactions on Plasma Science (TPS) are pleased to present an issue that documents a wide range of topics being actively studied within the field of electromagnetic launch (EML) technology. Many of the articles contributed to this issue are from participants of the 19th IEEE EML Symposium held on June 18–22, 2018 in Saint Louis, France (https://www.isl.eu/eml2018/).
