Abstract

In the DNA sequence, the special nucleosomes with localized ambiguity and the well-located common nucleosomes exist in the chromosomal region at the same time. However,since the chemical differences between the two are not obvious,it is difficult to distinguish them. In this paper,a nucleosome localization property prediction model is established for the distribution and conservation of experimental nucleosomes around the transcription initiation site of eukaryotic genes. On the basis of the previous work of predicting the location of nucleosomes,the genetic algorithm was used to find the distribution center of different nucleosomes on the model,and the karyotype localization property criterion was constructed. Finally, the position of the upstream and downstream of the transcription start site and the location of the fuzzy nucleosome were determined. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
