Abstract: The article presents a study which analyzed the effects of caregiving on death risks in older men, as well as in approving for caregiving-transition by individuals and adjusting for their health status changes over time. Also cited are the analysis on caregivers' mortality, the use of time-varying Cox proportional hazards model in examining risk of death in caregiving, as well as the Concord Health and Ageing in Men Projet (CHAMP) data.
