Angiomatoid fibrous histiocytoma (AFH), is a rare soft tissue tumor most commonly occurring in children and young adult. Many different settlessments are described in literature. In this case report, it has been discussed that a four-yea-rold male patient was admitted with swelling in his armpit and he had pathologically diagnosis and AFH after surgery. All radiological data of the patient have been interpreted and compared with his pathological diagnosis. As a result, there has been inferences about the methods to be applied in the evaluation and follow-up of these patiens for radiological and pathological diagnoses of AFH. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
