Thanks and Welcome: Another Changing of the Guard.

The article discusses replacing co-editors Tiffany Doan and Paul Bartelt by John Rowe and Chris Distel as the new co-editors of the Journal. Topics discussed include finding of reviewers for each manuscript by the former associate editors; effort of former editors for the manuscript strengthening; and expectation of the new ideas and insights for the Journal by the new co-editors.
