高位 SMAS 除皱术中三种耳前切口的比较.

Objective To compare the influence of three kinds of preauricular incision on scar formation and tragus morphology in high-SMAS rhytidectomy. Methods The medical record data of 42 patients (84 sides) who underwent SMAS rhytidectomy from 2012 to 2016 was retrospectively analyzed. According to the differences in preauricular incisions, all patients were divided into 3 groups: a straight-line incision (SLI) group, a curve line incision (CLI) group, and a tragus margin incision (TMI) group. The scars of the incisions were observed and the height of the tragus was compared before and after operation. Results (1) All incision scars in the 3 groups were linear. No hypertrophic scars or keloids formed. The scars in the SLI group were more obvious than in the other 2 groups because the incisions were away from the tragus. (2) The height of the tragus in the SLI and CLI groups was not decreased, but decreased in the TMI group postoperatively (P<0.05). Conclusion Using a preauricular CLI incision had little influence on the height of the tragus, and the postoperative scar was not obvious. This method was better than the other 2 incision methods.
