地方高校科研仪器设备开放共享问题及对策.

The open sharing of scientific research instruments and equipment is of great significance for local schools to allocate resources rationally and improve the efficiency of resource utilization. This paper analyzes the current problems to open and share scientific instruments and its causes in the local school. Under the instruction from the Department of Education, namely “About Strengthening Institutions of Higher Learning Scientific Research Infrastructure and Guidance of Open and Sharing for Scientific Instruments”, referencing the experience of colleges and universities abroad, the authors put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the current problem for opening scientific instruments sharing in local school .
