Abstract

Influence of cation substitution on structure parameters, microstructure, dielectric, ferroelectric and local piezoelectric properties of (K0.5Na0.5)NbO3 ceramics additionally modified by Li+ and Mn3+ cations (up to 10 at. %) have been studied. Changes in dielectric properties and effective d33 piezoelectric coefficients were observed depending on compositions of solid solutions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
