Practice teaching is the main way to cultivate students’ practical innovation ability, so it plays an important role in training high-tech talents with engineering literacy. The practice teaching mode and implementation process have important impacts on the effect of practice teaching. In view of the problems existing in the practice teaching of traditional engineering specialty, this paper explores the practice teaching of electronic packaging technology specialty, introduces the education idea of OBE into the practice teaching, studies the practice teaching resources and mode, establishes the process platform based on the enterprise production line, and adopts the opening practice teaching, constructs a modular, progressive, pluralistic and innovative practice teaching mode with the deep participation of enterprises.
