工程管理专业实践应用型人才培养探究.

The training of practical and applied talents in engineering management major is a new teaching concept for both teachers and students. This paper analyzes the problems in the teaching system of engineering management major.Taking China University of Petroleum as an example, it combines the training plan of " outstanding engineers" with the ability-oriented education idea, and innovates the traditional teaching idea of engineering management major from two aspects. On the one hand, we will optimize the traditional engineering management professional knowledge system based on construction as a knowledge system oriented to " planning-design-construction-operation"; on the other hand, we will shift the graduates’ professional positions from the former construction engineers to the consultant engineers, supervision engineers, cost engineers, builders and other life-cycle practitioners. Job change has significantly improved the comprehensive professional ability of engineering management students. Practice shows that the training mode has achieved remarkable results in training practical talents of engineering management major, and has achieved good teaching results. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
