АСПЕКТИ ТА НАСЛІДКИ ДЕРЖАВНОГО РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ РОЗВИТКУ СФЕРИ ТОВАРНОГО ОБІГУ В УКРАЇНІ

The article describes the essence of state regulation of the commodity circulation sphere and its socio-economic modernization. It is determined that the main result of all state authorities' actions should be the expansionist use of the social component of economic potential in the field of commodity circulation. The key character of the system of state regulation of the commodity circulation sphere is manifested in a set of measures and instruments that are appropriate to be divided in the context of the allocation of their institutional, legal, fiscal, institutional and financial, socio-psychological and informational purposes. Such influence realizes both positive and negative components of the system, which, at the same time, can have critical consequences for the development of the commodity circulation sphere. It is established that insufficient and ineffective state regulation of the commodity circulation sphere can lead to the weakening of its functions and tasks in the economy, the stagnation of investment and innovation activity of enterprises, the failure of subjects of the commodity circulation sphere to be compliant with the main conditions of a competitive and regulatory environment, reduction of economic efficiency in the process of the creation of sectoral closed production loops of high-quality products.
