Abstract: Federal funds have been authorized under a U.S. Senate and House bill to expand the popular Great Blacks in Wax Museum in Baltimore, Maryland. Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton was a co-sponsor of the National Great Black Americans Commemoration Act of 2004, which also passed in the House, where it was sponsored by legislator Elijah Cummings. The bill calls for the allocation of monies to be used for the construction of a learning center that can adequately address civil rights issues.
