Abstract

In this paper, a method is proposed for an approximate account of the quadratic term of the recombination type in diffusion problem in the field of flow effect. Its essence is as follows: near the boundary of the flow with this the term, as before, is neglected because of the small concentration of point defects; near the border the domain of influence of the nonlinear part of the diffusion equation is approximately linearized due to the smallness of concentration gradient. As a point of crosslinking of concentration and flux, it is proposed to choose a point inflection of the square of concentration. Comparison of exact and approximate solutions is given for linear and spherically symmetric tasks. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
