Abstract
- The article presents a case study of a 36-year-old Mexican woman presented with multiple, white yellowish, asymptomatic papules that were symmetrically distributed on the nape and lateral aspects of the neck. It discusses the skin biopsy from the affected skin showed distorted, fragmented, and calcified elastic fibers in the reticular dermis, visible under haematoxylin– eosin staining and made evident after von Kossa staining and subsequent treatment provided to the patient.
