Abstract

The authors convey their response to a feedback about their study on the effects of cellulose powder (CP) on human nasal epithelium. Topics mentioned include the failure of the experimental design to extrapolate the findings based on the dosing schemes, the impact of intranasal CP on minimizing ciliary beat frequency, and the administration of CP as a maintenance therapeutic approach.
