改良眶隔脂肪释放睑袋整复术在下睑凹陷 伴泪沟畸形中的应用分析.

Objective To explore the application of modified orbital fat-releasing lower blepharoplasty in the treatment of lower eyelid depression with lacrimal sulcus deformity. Methods From October 2016 to 2017, 20 patients with lower eyelid depression and lacrimal sulcus deformity who underwent blepharoplasty were selected as study subjects. Modified orbital fat-releasing lower blepharoplasty was selected as the treatment option, and limited orbital fat was precisely fixed to the superficial layer tissue of the severe lacrimal sulcus deformity. Results All patients were followed up from 6 to 24 months. Postoperative efficacy was good and patients were satisfied with the outcome. No complications occurred. Conclusion The application of modified orbital fat-releasing lower blepharoplasty in the treatment of lower eyelid depression with lacrimal sulcus deformity can achieve satisfactory results.
