Entre Assédios, Violências, Desigualdades e Gravidez: Uma Análise Crítica do Discurso da Campanha "Ser Trabalhadora é...".

Harassment, violence, inequality and pregnancy, themes that seem to be taboos to organizations, but which have become part of the everyday work of many women. Themes that converge or faces the precariousness of women's work? In this sense Guimarães (2012, p.120) points out that women, in particular, are the majority "in less productive and precarious jobs, with little access to adequate and fair remuneration, social protection and fundamental rights at work, that is, are less likely to move to Decent Work. " The objective of the present work was to discuss and analyze the precariousness of women's work from the public opinion of women on Twitter. The corpus of the research was composed by the selection of the reports of 34 workers and the method of analysis consisted of the Critical Discourse Analysis. It was concluded that since their insertion in the world of work women have faced precarious work that manifests itself in different ways such as sexual harassment, violence and punishments due to pregnancy.
