Inovação Organizacional: Estudo de Caso em uma Empresa Metalúrgica.

The main objective of this article was to analyze organizational innovation in a metallurgical company and what alternatives were found to obtain a competitive advantage over its competitors and how this change was carried out internally and what benefits were obtained for the organization and its employees. Data analysis was performed through bibliographic research and descriptive analysis using a case study. Interviews were conducted with people involved in the innovation process. It was also observed that the whole process was carried out in a positive way allowing gains for the organization and its employees, promoting an exchange of knowledge and a maturity of the managers as to the decision making regarding the stipulated goals and which strategies to be used in the organization.
