Abstract
- The article offers information on the U.S. government strategy for the foreign policy establishment after the World War II. Topics discussed include information on the policy of the U.S. president, Dwight Eisenhower and John Kennedy for withdrawing U.S. troops from Europe; discussions on the U.S. grand strategy for the democracy and human rights; and the information on the U.S. government–sponsored outreach initiatives such as the National Intelligence Council’s Intelligence Associates program.
