Abstract

The purpose of study is to determine the effect of employees' internal entrepreneurship concept on their performance. For this purpose, data were collected from full-time employees of paper and machinery manufacturing companies in the production sector in Çorum using the easy sampling method. SPSS and AMOS programs were used for the research findings. In the analysis findings, there are statistics about the sample, factor analysis results which determine whether there is an internal entrepreneurship perception and regression analysis showing the effect of internal entrepreneurship perception on employee performance. As a result of the research, it was determined that innovation and proactivity dimension influenced task and context performance from the dimensions of employee entrepreneurship. The direct effect of internal entrepreneurship on risk-taking and autonomy dimensions and on task and contextual performance was not determine. According to the results this, H1a, H1c, H2a and H2c hypotheses were accepted and H1b, H1d, H2b and H2d hypotheses were rejected. In the light of the results obtained, the importance and contribution of the research to the theoretical and applicants are discussed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
