Abstract
- The article reports on the U.S. strategic vision of the Navy, using a predictive algorithm and seven primary sources which include the "Summary of the 2018 National Defense Strategy" from the Secretary of Defense; The December 14, 2016" Executive Summary, 2016 Navy Force Structure Assessment;" and the preexisting March 2015 "A Cooperative Strategy for 21st Century Seapower: Forward, Engaged, Ready."
